Mission
Journey to Purity Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Journey to Purity®. The Foundation’s mission is to lead the company’s commitment to equip as many youths and young adults with the knowledge and tools necessary to live a life that honors Christ Jesus. To achieve this aim, we partner with schools and organizations that serve teen girls and young adult women to break the misguided traits of womanhood and build a generation of women who are spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially sound.
Vision
Journey to Purity Foundation is committed to helping youth and young adults improve their lives both spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially, so that they will not be distracted from fulfilling the destinies God has ordained for them.
Our Values
Faith - “The Lord protects those of childlike faith; I was facing death, and he saved me.” Psalm 116:6
Obedience - But Samuel replied, “What is more pleasing to the Lord: your burnt offerings and sacrifices or obedience to His voice? Listen! Obedience is better than sacrifice, and submission is better than offering the fat of rams.” 1 Samuel 15:22

Our History
The Journey to Purity Foundation was established in 2015 as the nonprofit and philanthropic arm of Journey to Purity® with a mission to empower youth, young adults, women, and families through faith-based mentorship, community outreach, leadership development, and holistic life transformation. Founded by Erica N. (Williams) Benjamin, the organization was birthed from both her personal testimony and her deep desire to see individuals and communities experience healing, purpose, and spiritual growth through the love of Christ.
What began as a passion to encourage others through transparency, discipleship, and service quickly evolved into a growing movement dedicated to helping people overcome life’s challenges and embrace lives marked by purpose, purity, and hope. Since its founding, the Journey to Purity Foundation has impacted hundreds of individuals throughout the Alexandria–Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area and beyond through workshops, conferences, mentorship initiatives, service projects, outreach campaigns, retreats, and community-centered events.
Programs such as Youth on a Journey™, Women on a Journey™, The Jewels and Gems Youth Conference, and The Youth on a Journey Conference were created to provide safe, empowering environments where individuals could grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally while building healthy relationships and leadership skills. Through these initiatives, the Foundation has remained committed to fostering transformation not only within individuals, but also within families, churches, and communities.
Today, the Journey to Purity Foundation continues to expand its vision by equipping the next generation through biblical discipleship, mentorship, educational initiatives, and outreach efforts that address the spiritual and practical needs of those it serves. At its core, the Foundation exists to remind people that no matter their past experiences or present struggles, there is hope, healing, and purpose available through Christ.
